Refund Policy;
Because we start work immediately on
custom orders, American Cowboy Billiards accepts
cancellations (in writing only) up to 2 hours after
receipt of request. Otherwise no refunds are given.
If credit card refunds are provided at
a later date, upon mutual agreement for any reason,
credit card clearing charges, which run at
approximately 5% in addition to any shipping/handling
fees for previously shipped item will be deducted from
the amount refunded. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Due to the sensitive nature of certain
services, an authorizing signature returned by fax (or
mail) may be required before services begin,
regardless of payment type.
DOA RETURN POLICY;
Products found to be defective and are returned
within 15 days of original invoice will be considered
DOA, and are subject to exchange or replacement within
two weeks of return receipt. Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Our
staff will test all DOA returns. If they are found to
be non-defective, we will return them to the customer.
Credit Policy & Return Merchandise
Policy;
All returns and credits are subject to final approval,
and upon meeting the following criteria:
RMA approval must be obtained prior to return
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of
original invoice, unless otherwise noted.
Restocking fees and shipping/handling charges for
non-defective returns may be assessed. No cash
refunds.
All returns require prior
authorization. All returns without authorization
numbers will be refused. RMA requests may be submitted
by email and via phone or mail. RMA must include
customers complete purchase and payment information;
including invoice numbers, serial numbers (where
applicable). Items must be returned in the original
box with all materials and documentation. A copy of
the invoice and problem description should be included
to facilitate processing. RMA's are valid for 15 days
from the date of issue.
